Speed Kitchen operates as a cloud kitchen platform providing shared kitchen infrastructure and associated services to food brands, restaurants, and entrepreneurs. By engaging with us, whether through lease agreements, service contracts, or digital platforms, you acknowledge that our role is to provide infrastructure and operational support, while the responsibility for food preparation, quality, hygiene, and compliance with applicable food safety laws rests solely with the brand or business utilizing our kitchens.

Use of our facilities is permitted only for lawful purposes, and you agree not to engage in any activity that violates health and safety regulations, intellectual property rights, or contractual obligations. You further agree not to misuse our premises or digital platforms in a way that could damage our reputation or disrupt operations for other partner brands.

All users are expected to comply with applicable local, state, and national regulations, including but not limited to food safety standards, labor laws, and taxation requirements. Speed Kitchen reserves the right to monitor compliance and take necessary action in the event of any breach, including suspension or termination of access to facilities or services.

Payment terms, including rent, service fees, and deposits, are governed by the specific agreements entered into between Speed Kitchen and the client. Late payments may result in penalties or restricted access to services. Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all payments made to Speed Kitchen are non-refundable.

Intellectual property rights related to our brand, platform, marketing materials, and technology remain the exclusive property of Speed Kitchen. Clients retain ownership of their own brand identity, menus, recipes, and intellectual property, provided these do not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

We take data security and privacy seriously. Any personal or business information shared with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, we cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access or disclosure resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

Speed Kitchen reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, and such changes will become effective upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our facilities and services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speed Kitchen disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid to us for the services directly giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
